Background of the Study
Nyesom Wike, appointed as the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister in 2023, has prioritized urban renewal projects aimed at modernizing Abuja’s suburban areas. Kuje, a satellite town in the FCT, has been identified as one of the key areas for development under Wike’s administration. Over the years, Kuje has faced challenges associated with rapid population growth, inadequate infrastructure, and lack of basic services. Statement of the Problem
